A familiar tail (sorry)... A neighbour's young female ginger puss frequently pops in for a snack from our cat's bowl and is greeted by him with purrs & rubbing of noses! They then each find somewhere - to them - suitable around our house to sleep through their togetherness. The 14 year age gap appears to be no barrier. I have photos to complement what I say but I see there is no facility for me to post same, probably wisely.
